On February 12, a chilly Saturday in 2022, the Whirlies got together for an extended rehearsal; set up a few microphones, ran some headphones, turned on a laptop-based recording app, and pretty much played through their entire set list.

Herein lies only our original songs because we didn’t want to pay for any royalties. And except for a couple of “false starts”, there were no multiple takes or overdubs. These are not definitive versions; they’re just the way we played them that day in Laura’s living room.
